The Summer Confidence Countdown IS more than just a quick fix...


Before I came up with the process that we use in our coaching programs that has produced over a hundred transformations, I tried all of the traditional methods of trying to lose weight and keep it off.

I cut out carbs, did hours of cardio each day, tried fasting, calorie counting, and anything I could think of that would produce quick results.
